Shipping Charges
You will see the shipping charge that is determined automatically before checkout when ordering online.


Shipping Policies
ApparelCandy.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. FedEx is used whenever possible, however, a "Common Carrier" can be used in special circumstances.


When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, all orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days from the day the order is placed. Please note, we are NOT open Saturdays or Sundays. International orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed completely. **Please note, processing times are NOT guaranteed as delays can occur.

Address Change / Incorrect Addresses

Any address revisions made will incur additional fees from the carrier. The customer will be responsible for any fees. We can't guarantee revised addresses will receive the package. Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered at the time of ordering. If a package is rejected or sent back to Apparel Candy due to the wrong address, all shipping charges incurred will be the customer's responsibility.  

International Shipping
The shipping costs for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to contact you regarding your shipping costs. We ship all international orders via USPS, unless customer prefers their own shipping carrier or freight forwarder. All shipping costs including duty, customers, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are solely the customer's responsibility and will be paid for by the customer.


Estimating Delivery Time for Order
You can click on the FedEx Transit Time link to get an estimated time of delivery. We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA 90007.


Tracking Your Order
You can review your order information and track your order at Order Status.


Damages
Apparel Candy does NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit. Any claims on damaged packages must be reported to the carrier.


Delivery Signature Requests
You can request for a delivery signature for your package. Please note Apparel Candy is NOT responsible for any packages which are mishandled, damaged, lost, stolen, or missing once it leaves our warehouse with a working carrier's tracking number ( FedEx / USPS ).
