a store credit. Items must be in their original packaging. Returns are accepted with our authorization ONLY.
In order to process a return, please send us an e-mail within 3 DAYS of
receipt of goods to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information

- Style Number
- Reason for
- Photos ( if
unclaimed, undeliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers'
error are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight
charges.Any requests for refunds/returns after the 3 day period as mentioned
above will be charged with a 15% restocking fee. After 10 days of
receipt we do not accept any returns or issue refunds. Please note Assorted
Packages are a FINAL SALE item, therefore, they can not be
returned and/or exchanged.
Refunds & Store Credit
will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon
as the return is received from you. Any shipping/freight charges will be paid
for by the customer.
Refunds on Orders Shipped for Free
If an order shipped
under the "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the
original shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded
to your Credit Card or PayPal account.
