Returning Merchandise
Customer Satisfaction is our # 1 Priority. If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, please send us an e-mail within 3 days of receipt of goods to: sales@apparelcandy.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Style Number (Description)
- Reason for Return
Reused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders and/or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds & Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as the return is received from you.
Refunds on Orders Shipped for Free
If an order shipped under the "Free Shipping" special is returned for a refund, the original shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account.
